Ginkgo places great importance on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

Ginkgo has been established for over 30 years, providing services such as vacuum metallization, coating technology, and film slitting service to customization of hot stamping foils. We are dedicated to developing professional expertise and manufacturing high-quality products. However, in the face of limited global resources, we should cherish and protect the environment and realize the core value of social responsibility. Therefore, our products must comply with various environmental regulations and coexist in an eco-friendly manner. The concept of ESG sustainable management is gradually gaining attention, where businesses can achieve a balance in environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance, in order to sustain long-term operation and contribute to society.

Ginkgo values the importance of environmental protection. We thoroughly practice public nuisance-free production and comply with related environmental laws and regulations to reach the goal of sustainable development. During industrial development and manufacturing, we avoid using toxic materials that would harm the environment. We also introduced RTO to decompose volatile organic compounds into CO2 and H2O, avoiding releasing hazardous air pollutants.

Objective: Environmental pollution prevention and waste solvent treatment.
Achievements: We uphold our responsibility and commitment to the environment, and are dedicated to environmental pollution prevention and waste solvent treatment. Throughout our manufacturing process, we practice pollution-free production and comply with various government environmental regulations to achieve sustainable development goals.

To reduce environmental burden caused by pollutants, we have introduced RTO that can completely decompose volatile organic compounds in the air into CO2 and water, preventing harmful gas emissions into the atmosphere. Additionally, we focus on waste solvent recycling and extracting reusable organic solutions to effectively reduce waste. We also strictly implement waste classification and set up a recycling area for materials to be reused, reducing waste and promoting resource utilization.

Objective: Promote digital transformation to reduce energy waste.
Achievements: We actively promote digital transformation from process improvement and energy conversion to product quality. Besides reducing management costs, it also enhances production and energy utilization efficiency. Through digital energy monitoring and optimized energy transformation, we strive to achieve the goal of net zero emissions, and believe that our efforts can contribute to the planet.

Objective: Protect labor rights and interests.
Achievements:To ensure sound labor relations within the company, we hold regular labor-management meetings to protect the rights and interests of both parties. We have also set up a complaint mailbox to enable employees to safely report any improper behavior and protect their own rights. In order to maintain a healthy and orderly workplace environment, we have established a committee to prevent and address sexual harassment and promote workplace equality and respect.

Objective: Ensure employee occupational safety.
Achievements:We care about the physical and mental health of our employees and therefore provide annual health check-ups to ensure their well-being. We also regularly promote the importance of occupational safety, increase employee awareness of work safety, and implement relevant safety regulations to prevent any potential accidents.

Objective: Internal information security.
Achievements:Information security is one of our company's top priorities, and we have strengthened our information storage and backup facilities to ensure the security of internal company information. At the same time, we carry out information security drills and promote awareness of information security and related issues to increase employee awareness and protect the company's information security.

Objective: Achieve sustainable management in the company.
Achievements:Established an organized and disciplined management system to enable the organization to operate and develop more efficiently, including:
