Exterior foil has strong environmental resistance and oxygen resistance and it is good for hot stamping on exterior and interior accessories of vehicles or outdoor objects, such as automobile interior decoration, automobile exterior garnish trim, chromium decoration, etc.

Ginkgo has passed salt mist test and QUV test to validate the corrosion resistance of the objects and the capability to give great aesthetic pleasure to the automobile garnishing industry. Our exterior foils have passed strict certifications and verifications process of En71-3, CP65, REACH, RoHS, and SGS. We conduct all-round inspections to ensure safety of your products in the market.

Manufacturing process of exterior foil.

Exterior foil contains highly stable metallic chromium, which adequate environmental and oxygen resistance. First layer is PET film, which supports each layer. Second is release layer, it separates PET film from Top / chrome / adhesive layers. Third layer is Top, it's protective layer that decides colors and patterns. Fourth is metalized layer. The metallic luster of foil come from this layer. Fifth layer is adhesive layer, which could let foil attach on the substrate.
